This Mental Health Awareness Month, Ca Care Association is proud to bring a message of wellness, preparedness, and connection to the heart of the community—right in the parking lot of the LA County Fair.

Murdock Community and CA Care Association partner to enhance community outreach and mental health support. The organizations will collaborate on community events, raise mental health awareness, and foster partnerships. This partnership aims to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.

In order to continue our mission, we thrive on the generosity and support of our community and partners. Today, we are thrilled to introduce Magnificare LLC as our new Advocate Partner, they are helping us in advancing our mission to enhance the quality of care in California's home and community-based programs. Magnificare LLC is a values-driven home care organization deeply committed to a family-centric approach to caregiving.

Through our collaborative effort, she can bring a wealth of knowledge on rules, regulations, and standards related to care for individuals with disabilities. This includes understanding state requirements such as licensing, inspections, personnel qualifications, patient rights, complaints procedures, infection control measures, discharge processes, and more. They are also well-versed in the different types of services the facility provides, including assessment reviews, therapeutic interventions, clinical supervision, activity planning, and navigating systems of support.

Through this partnership, Ca Care may refer members of the association looking for support in hospice care. Nuera Hospice meanwhile will be able to provide support to care facilities with patients and families who need them so that they can focus on what is truly important to get the best care possible and enjoy the remaining days comfortably with family.
