  • Once parked, follow signs to the Event Location area. Volunteers will be available to assist with directions and check-in.

  • Yes, boxed food distribution will be available in the designated area from our event partner.

  • Yes. Representatives will be available to assist with Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and other public benefit questions. Mobile units and SSA support will be on-site.

  • Bring any documents you have (not required), such as:

    • Photo ID

    • Benefit or insurance letters

    • Proof of address

    • Proof of income

    If you don’t have documents, you are still encouraged to attend.

  • Yes. Care recipients and family members are welcome.

  • Yes. A Designated Private Room will be available for support and assistance.

  • Yes, the venue is ADA accessible.

  • Vendor Check-In and Set-Up:

    • Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. Please plan to have your station/booth set-up by 8:45 a.m.

    • Organizations with box trucks and Mobile Health Clinics must arrive between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. (separate email with instructions will follow)

    • Visit the check-in table located by the attendee entrance area and you will be escorted to your assigned station/booth.

    • Equipment drop-off: You may drop-off equipment at the loading/unloading area (see site map).

    Parking:

    • Available parking at Western Highschool (see site map). The school parking lot is located a half mile down the street (10 minute or less walk).

    • Please do not park in the Poong Nazareno Filipino Catholic Center or Saint Latter-Day Church as it is designated for event attendees.
