Ca Care Association and City of Carson Collaborate to Prepare the Community for Emergencies

Carson City, California – Ca Care Association, in partnership with the City of Carson, is pleased to announce a series of Emergency Preparedness Training sessions. These crucial trainings are scheduled to be done throughout the year 2024. The training will be separated into four parts tackling preparedness to different natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, wild fires, and extreme heat. All of these aim to enhance the community's readiness for unexpected emergencies.

Emergency preparedness is a necessity and a responsibility especially since California is prone to natural disasters. The training sessions that Ca Care and Carson will bring to you are tailored to address the unique challenges faced in California and cover the essential aspects of emergency preparedness. This includes disaster response, effective communication during crises, preparing a go bag, and first aid techniques.

The emergency preparedness training will be offered to different areas in Carson to ensure that all of the residents in the city are prepared for any emergency.
